Started its activities in 2004, in the city of Leopoldo de Bulhões, focusing on meeting the high logistics demand of Brazilian agribusiness in the transportation of grains and fertilizers.
By 2006, NPK was already established in the transportation sector, with branches in Goiânia, Anápolis, Rio Verde, and Paranaguá. NPK began operating as a trading company, marketing grains and fertilizers for both local and international markets.
Thus, it became a grain exporter and a fertilizer importer.
In 2008, with extensive expertise in agribusiness and the financial market experience of its founding partner, Claudimarcio Garcia, NPK Consulting was created. It became responsible for structured credit operations for rural producers in partnership with local and international investment funds, as well as providing crop monitoring services.
In 2012, it partnered with the Ecoagro Group in CRA operations, being responsible for logistics operations and CRA liquidation.
In 2016, it began agricultural activities, leveraging the experience of partner rural producers who provide services throughout the entire crop cycle, from planting to harvest.
By 2024, NPK has 7 leased farms and one owned farm, totaling 57,500 hectares for its own production. For the 2024/2025 season, it expects to market 6 million sacks of soybeans. To date, NPK has raised over US $20 million in the capital markets to finance crops.
